Katie Doyle

Managing Director

Katie joined Annenberg from the University of Michigan School of Social Work, where she was the Faculty Lead for the Management and Leadership track in the Master’s of Social Work program. The curriculum, designed around adaptive leadership that thrives in ambiguity, harnesses the power of diversity, generates equitable systems change, and cultivates belonging, launched graduates into policy advocacy, nonprofit leadership, community organizing and multi-sector leadership roles to collaborate on pressing systemic challenges. As a consultant, Katie works with public institutions, corporations, and nongovernmental organizations to provide leadership coaching, training in organizational culture, equity and inclusion, leadership development, and strategy development. Prior to her work as a consultant and professor, she was the executive director of Ozone House, a nonprofit organization that provided integrated healthcare and housing for youth experiencing homelessness.
